I had a terrible experience with the King Suite. The heater was malfunctioning, resulting in an uncomfortable cold room during our stay. The TV reception was almost unwatchable, and despite asking for a different room, we were offered only a subpar alternative.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the pool with our family! It was perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. The convenient location allowed us to visit various attractions, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly snacks available at the hotel.

Quality Inn in Pigeon Forge is a hidden gem for foodies! With Texas Roadhouse just a hop away and McAlister's Deli nearby, you’ll never run out of chow options. Plus, the breakfast spread is legit—waffles, eggs, and coffee galore! The staff made our stay super enjoyable with friendly service and even turned down the AC before we arrived. What a win!

However, the upkeep of our room left something to be desired. We had a dusty carpet, broken hair dryer, and dated TV that made it hard to catch our favorite shows. Not ideal, but the overall vibe still made our stay enjoyable.

The pool was the highlight for our family, especially the kids’ pool, which they loved! We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options every morning.

The pool area was like a mini water park! The kids enjoyed the hot tub, splash area, and the big pool, it was perfect for our family escapade. And breakfast? Wow, each morning we were treated to biscuits and gravy that could only be rivaled by the best meals in town!

It wasn’t exactly cheap. but given the experience, I’d say it was still reasonable enough.
